About
I help battle burnout using tools to improve resilience, mental well-being, and self-care.
Mental Wellness and Resilience
In this presentation coping with stress associated with COVID-19 was explored. Five strategies for managing this stress were offered using the acronym PLATE to help attendees manage what they have on their plate.
Using Humour to Build Resilience
In this presentation building resilience with the use of humour was examined. The audience were taken through one of my personal experiences where I learned to let go and laugh through a hardship and came out more resilient.
