About
I am a mental Health educator with over 20 years of mental illness lived experience.
Let's Talk About Crazy
Crazy. It's the word most often used to describe people living with a mental illness. No one expects much from those "mentally ill people", right? In "Let's Talk About Crazy", Natasha shares her personal mental health journey from diagnosis and hospitalization to recovery and triumph. Woven into her sharing is a rally for us all to pay attention to our personal mental health and to support those living with mental illness.
Your perspective matters!
