Lisa Pineda Yoga

Lisa specializes in teaching yoga for fertility. Through her own personal yoga practice along with IVF (In Vitro Fertilization) she was able to conceive. Today she is the proud mother of a healthy baby boy. Lisa created her own yoga for fertility program. She teaches challenging, creative yoga sequences to center the attention on breathing and relaxing the mind and body. Her clients are using Lisa’s method to get pregnant and help face the emotional and physical stress of trying to conceive. Studies have found that yoga can significantly increase conception rates in both women that are trying to conceive naturally and those undergoing IVF.
