The Gift of a Different Ability
Karen was born with normal hearing and she began to lose her hearing in elementary school. At the age of 19, she became deaf from a fall while barefoot water skiing. She made a decision that changed the trajectory of her life and taught her how to overcome adversity. In this interactive keynote, Karen shares how to turn struggles and differences into the foundation of strength and success.
Leading with Passion
How do you tap into the energy of passion as a leader? Karen shows the five levels of passion and the process leaders need to take to reach the highest level. Passionate leaders are memorable ones and Karen will teach your team how to lead with passion.
