They Never Made It Home - Civil War Disaster On The Mississippi
Imagine you were just released from the horrors of a Civil War prison camp and on your way home. The war was over and you were returning to your loved ones. Only you and most of your fellow soldiers never made it. It exploded, caught fire and sank, killing more than 1000 former prisoners of war. Learn the story of the Sultana and why it is virtually unknown.
