Jim Rafferty

Jim's story begins with taking over as Scoutmaster of his son's Boy Scout troop under unimaginable circumstances, and with almost no relevant experience. The challenges and rewards of that experience fueled another unexpected and life-changing journey into entrepreneurship. Touching, moving, but with plenty of humor along the way, the Leader By Accident story has been very well received. "Your story is beautiful and inspiring. The way you shared it was so engaging." "Best speaker we've had this year." "Thank you again for delivering such an inspiring message."
