The Art of Mothering Yourself Workshop
This is an intimate inner child healing workshop for Black women to connect with and heal their inner child. Participants will be guided through an inner child healing meditation to connect them with a younger version of self that's asking to release. As the workshop progresses, participants will get the opportunity to release through guided journal activities and sister circle sharing. The workshop ends with a collective release and commitment to self moving forward.
