About
My unique story begins with resilience; born into challenging circumstances.
Trapped
In a world that constantly pulls us outward, demanding our attention, dictating our worth, and often subtly suggesting that our happiness lies in external validation—it’s easy to feel adrift. We chase approval, cling to relationships out of fear of loneliness, and allow the opinions of others to dictate our inner peace. This pervasive pattern, often subtle yet profoundly impactful, is what we call emotional dependence. It’s the quiet concession of our true self, a persistent belief that our emotional well-being is contingent upon someone or something outside of us.
