Success in every area of life boils down to 3 key factors... Grit - no one is going to do it for you so make it happen. Gratitude - Be grateful for it all... especially the stuff that sucks. Great People - you must surround your self with great people and use their examples to become better every single day. I weave personal stories of coming from foster care, through an 8 year military career and leading to a successful life in business and family to inspire others to reach their absolute best (and forgive themselves for the shortfalls along the way). Attendees will leave inspired and with a couple of real world tools they can apply into their lives immediately.
