Writing Through The Pain: "My Story"
PODCAST TRAILER Triggers, a lack of boundaries, co-dependency, nightmares, bed-wetting, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, suicide ideation, self-mutilation, aggression, an inability to trust others, attachment disorder, black and white thinking, and fire-starting are all symptoms of childhood trauma. How does a child overcome these obstacles to their emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual development? What does that healing journey look like in their adulthood? Join me, Ingrid D. Johnson, on my monthly podcast series, Writing Through The Pain: "My Story, "as I discuss, explore, and discover what that looks like for myself through clips from my upcoming memoirs.
