Black Panther Power for ALL
Step into a student's shoes as you reflect, share, and discuss personal assumptions, beliefs, and values to gain a better understanding of the experiences and lifestyles within your classroom. Understand how representation impacts student outcomes as you adapt a lesson based on a student's cultural and learning barriers. In this interactive session, participants will examine how representation through stories, media, and literature increases cultural awareness, and what it means to adapt your learning environment to remove cultural and learning barriers for every student.
Your perspective matters!
