Through my own experience, I discovered the power of the 4 R’s: Rest—prioritizing sleep, relaxation, and time with loved ones; Reflect—expressing gratitude for both wins and losses; Renounce—letting go of negative thinking, unforgiveness, or bad habits; and Restart—stepping forward with renewed purpose and strategy. By embracing these steps, what seems like a setback transforms into a setup for a greater comeback!
