About
I allow people to fall in love with their bodies and their life and realize what they say matters.
Watch What You Say Your Body Is Listening.
What we say about our bodies matters. We create what we think about. So, when we talk negativily about ourselves it imprints in our brain, that then becomes our reality. That is all that we see and we get blinded by silly beliefs, and beliefs are thoughts that appear real. How do we stop that? How can we change? Those are the questions that I aswer.
The Gift of Pain.
The power and the message that pain has to tell us. Why don't we listen and what are we afraid to see? These are questions that we must ask ourselves. We need to listen to our bodies more because that is how our body communicates to us. How do we honor our pain and how can we change the way we think about it?
Your perspective matters!
