About
Because I solve problems and teach how to solve problems arising from cultural differences.
Leading Offshore Software Development Teams
Software development is a social activity, and as such, it is prone to being affected by people's cultural backgrounds. 58% percent of international employees affirm that their leaders are not prepared to lead them. Leaders need to be prepared to motivate, lead, and help their teams in a culturally coherent way. With clear examples and real cases, I teach a methodology to lead multicultural teams.
Managing Cultural Differences for Business Results
The problem: 75% of multinational employees claim that it is very difficult to work with people from other cultures. 18% of international teams fail during their first year. The benefit: multicultural teams led in a culturally coherent way are up to 32% more productive than homogeneous teams. With clear examples and real cases, I teach a methodology to lead multicultural teams.
